Pomegranate Moscow Mule Recipe

Light and refreshing with a pop of holiday colors, the pomegranate Moscow mule recipe features many people’s favorite winter fruit, the pomegranate mixed with ginger beer. Use copper cups and garnish them with lime wedges and pomegranate arils to make it an irresistible choice. 

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces pomegranate juice

  • 2 ounces about 2 shots Pearl Pomegranate Vodka

  • Juice from 1/2 a lime

  • 12 ounces Ginger Beer

  • Pomegranate arils for garnish

  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all vodka, juices, and ginger beer and pour over ice. This makes two drinks. Use Moscow Mule Copper Cups for some added fun.

  2. Garnish with Pomegranate arils and lime wedges if desired.


Vegan White Russian Recipe

This non-dairy white Russian is a creamy and delicious take on the traditional cocktail made from cream, coffee liqueur, and vodka. By replacing the dairy cream with sweet, velvety coconut milk you end up with an elegant and healthier version of the traditional favorites that will not disappoint.  

Ingredients

  • 5–6 candy canes, finely crushed

  • 1+½ oz coffee liqueur

  • 1 oz  vodka

  • 3 tbsp canned coconut milk

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • Thin pretzel sticks

Instructions 

  1. Dip the rim of 3-ounce glass in water (you can also use coffee liqueur), then in crushed candy canes

  2. Combine the coffee liqueur and vodka in the candy cane rimmed glass. Add the coconut milk and stir. Serve with chocolate peppermint covered pretzels

  3. To prepare the pretzels, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil over a double boiler, or in the microwave (you can do this at 20-second increments, stirring each time until completely melted). Let it cool slightly

  4. Line a large baking sheet with wax or parchment paper. Dip the pretzel stick in chocolate, and place them on the lined baking sheet. Dip them in crushed candy canes, and refrigerate until ready to use.


Cranberry Margarita Recipe

A merge of sweet and warm winter flavors, this beautiful cranberry margarita recipe made with fresh cranberries and tequila garnished with berries is a picturesque drink for the holiday season. You might want to double the recipe and give it a hashtag! 

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup 100% cranberry juice

  • ½ cup water

  • ½ cup sugar, divided 

  • 1+½ cups (6oz) fresh or thawed cranberries

  • ¾ cup fresh lime juice (5-6 limes) 

  • ¾ cup tequila 

  • ½ cup orange liqueur 

Instructions

  1. Pour the cranberry juice into the blender, reserving 1 Tbsp.

  2. Sprinkle 3 Tbsp sugar onto a small plate.

  3. Use the cranberry juice to coat the rims of 4 to 6 glasses (6 to 8 oz each) and then dip the glasses into the sugar. Fill with ice and set aside.

  4. Reserve 12 cranberries and place the rest in the blender along with the water, sugar, lime juice, tequila, and orange liqueur.

  5. Blend 30 seconds, or until smooth.

  6. Pour through a strainer to catch the cranberry pulp.

  7. Pour the strained margarita into glasses and garnish with reserved berries.


Vegan Eggnog Recipe

Even if eggnog isn’t your thing, it’s a classic and a staple at every holiday party. Rather than buying the unhealthy pre-made version, make your own! Thick and creamy, this vegan eggnog recipe is made with cashew milk, freshly grated nutmeg, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and fresh dates. It’s a modern take on a winter classic that may even be good enough to sway those who usually pass on the eggnog. 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups homemade cashew milk or other non-dairy milk of your choice

  • ½ cup full fat coconut milk

  • ⅓ cup raw cashews, soaked overnight or for at least 30 minutes (optional)*

  • 4-6 Medjool dates

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg

  • pinch of ground cinnamon

  • pinch of ground cloves

  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to your high speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately, as is or add spiced rum, bourbon, brandy or whiskey, for a spirited version. Add a pinch of freshly ground nutmeg on top.


Easy Hot Spiked Mulled Cider

Baby, it’s cold outside so you need at least one warm beverage, and here is the perfect recipe! Comforting and delicious, this hot spiked mulled cider is filled with cinnamon sticks, star anise, clove, allspice, fresh oranges, and spiced rum. 

Ingredients 

  • 1 gallon unfiltered apple juice or apple cider

  • 1 large orange, cut into 1/4” slices

  • 3 cinnamon sticks

  • 4 star anise

  • 1 tablespoon whole cloves

  • 1 tablespoon whole allspice

  • 1” ginger root, sliced

  • 1 ½ cups spiced rum

Instructions

  1. To a large 10 qt dutch oven, add apple juice, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, star anise, whole cloves, whole allspice, and ginger root. 

  2. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce to simmer for 2-3 hours.

  3. Add rum to the apple cider mixture.

  4. Remove fruit and spices from the pot.
