Tropical Fruit Smoothie

Transport yourself to a tropical island with this sweet and creamy tropical fruit smoothie. Loaded with vitamin C and bursting with sunshine flavor, this smoothie is super refreshing and delightfully delicious!

 Tropical Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 5 minutes | Servings: 2-4

INGREDIENTS

  •  2 bananas

  • 1 cup mango

  • 1 cup pineapple

  • 1 cup orange

  • 1 cup dragon fruit

  • 1 cup coconut water

 INSTRUCTIONS

 1.     Add all ingredients to your high-speed blender and blend! Pour into a glass and enjoy.

 Note: It is best to use frozen fruit – either already prepackaged and frozen, or cut up (like bananas) and frozen in a freezer bag.
