Cashew Date Mylk

This nut milk is the perfect milk for smoothies, overnight oats, matcha lattes, and granola with fresh fruit. It’s creamy and slightly sweet. And the best part? You don’t even need to strain it! No nut milk bags and leftover mess. Just blend and enjoy!

Cashew Date Mylk Recipe

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 5 minutes | Servings: 6-8

INGREDIENTS

  •  1 cup raw cashews, soaked

  • 3 medjool dates

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

INSTRUCTIONS

 1.     Soak your cashews for 12 – 24 hours or overnight.  

2.     Combine all of your ingredients in a high speed blender. Emulsify until completely smooth.  

3.     Pour the cashew milk into glass jars or a large glass pitcher and store in your refrigerator for 5-6 days. Enjoy in your favorite smoothies, protein shakes and breakfast dishes.
