Blueberry Overnight Oats

Fresh blueberries are bursting with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and other health benefits. And this Blueberry Overnight Oatmeal is the perfect way to enjoy them in the morning. It’s easy, adaptable, healthy, and delicious, and it looks beautiful too!

Blueberry Overnight Oatmeal Recipe

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 0 | Total Time: 15 minutes | Servings: 1-2 per mason jar

 

INGREDIENTS

  •  1 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 cup sprouted rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ cup organic blueberries, mashed

INSTRUCTIONS

 1.     Begin by preparing your mason jars and your blueberry mash.

 2.     In one mason jar, add your rolled oats, chia seeds, flax, vanilla, cinnamon, maple syrup, almond milk, and blueberries

 3.     Mix each jar with a spoon to combine. Add more almond milk if necessary. Place in the fridge overnight, or up to 4 days.

 4.     To serve, top with fresh blueberries, walnuts, more cinnamon, and banana. Enjoy! 

Note: This recipe accounts for 1 mason jar. If you are preparing more than one batch, make sure to use multiple jars.
