Lime Detox Smoothie Recipe

Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 0 minutes | Total Time:  5 minutes | Servings: 1-2

INGREDIENTS

  •  1 banana, frozen

  • 1 green apple

  • 1 inch piece ginger

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cucumber

  • 2 celery stalks

  • ¼ cup cilantro

  • ¼ cup parsley

  • 1 lime, juiced

INSTRUCTIONS

 1.     Combine all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender. Pour into serving glasses and enjoy!
