Barb is a board certified holistic health coach and nutrition consultant. She works with women and families to improve their health by enhancing their eating habits and daily routines.
She received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2014 and has since been working with clients one-on-one and in group workshops. Combining her expertise in food policy, nutrition, and holistic health; while drawing on her knowledge of prenatal and postnatal health, and childhood health and wellness, she works with women to help them make sustainable lifestyle changes that produce real results and reach optimal health longterm.
With a love for cooking and eating healthy food, Barb loves to share her passion for a plant-based lifestyle, pregnancy and women's health, and believes in a balanced approach to health and nutrition.
She lives with her husband and their two little daughters, toddler Eloise, and baby Lilia, in Saratoga Springs, NY. Her oldest, Eloise, loves real whole food - her favorites include lentils, apple, avocado, black beans, berries, oatmeal, kale salad, roasted broccoli, quinoa, pesto, hummus, nut butter and sweet potato. Baby Lilia is liking sweet potato, carrot and pea purees.
